lisnto.me provides a secure whistleblower management platform that enables organizations to receive, manage, and respond to whistleblower reports in compliance with applicable regulations, including the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (Directive 2019/1937).

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate whistleblower reporting and management.
• Submit knowingly false or misleading reports.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Data Handling and Security

We take the security of whistleblower data seriously. All reports are encrypted end-to-end and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Organizations using our platform are responsible for configuring appropriate access controls and ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws.

6. Confidentiality

Organizations agree to maintain the confidentiality of whistleblower identities as required by applicable law. lisnto.me provides technical measures to support confidentiality, but the organization is ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with whistleblower protection obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by lisnto.me and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lisnto.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
